Lori Weatherwax is a licensed real estate professional with Impact Realty Tampa Bay and
Key Advantage Property Management, specializing in luxury and waterfront properties
across the Tampa Bay region. Her path to real estate follows an impressive 30-year career in
federal service, where she served with both the United States Army and the National Security
Agency (NSA).

Her background in federal service shaped her belief in discipline, confidentiality, and
trust—qualities she now brings to every client relationship. She is passionate about helping
clients make confident, informed decisions whether they are buying, selling, or investing in
Florida’s dynamic property market.

Now joining forces with her husband, David, who brings more than three decades of real estate
and property management experience, Lori combines professional discipline with a deeply
personal commitment to client satisfaction. Together, they offer a seamless experience through
both Impact Realty Tampa Bay and Key Advantage Property Management.

David is a retired Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and a licensed Real Estate Broker with
Impact Realty of Tampa Florida, and and Associate Broker of The Luckenbaugh Group w/
Samson Properties, Virginia. David has been active in the real estate market for over 30
years. His depth and breadth of Real Estate knowledge is a game changer in terms of
providing timely, adept and reliable services to help clients navigate today's market with
confidence. His experience spans all aspects of the real estate market - to include listing
properties and working with sellers to market their home for the highest possible return;
and working with buyers to find the right house at the right price to meet their needs. David
is also experienced navigating the rental market and routinely works with investors.
Additionally, David is the owner of Key Advantage Property Management, providing
outstanding property management services to landlords and tenants.
